The Meaning Of The Name Epsilon Infinity
physical, Statistics, Counterintuitive
Essentially it means any ridiculously interesting, or large scale project that’s too big no one has really tackled it.
Expanded Version:
E ≠ Σ
E = σ(∞)
Epsilon Infinity (labs)
(The quintuple entendre that includes 2 meta references.)
Legally speaking this is a horrible decision to Name it Epsilon, because there’s so many other ones, so I wanted to explain why the name was chosen.
“Significance at the ∞-σ level.”
Apart from wanting you to participate in your own fantastic projects that help humanity either completely or in its aspects, lets understand why I named mine this. So understanding the name Epsilon Infinity: (1) In Statistics the lowercase sigma (σ) denotes statistical deviations from the mean, with the number in front denoting how many standard deviations away from the mean it is. So a “1 σ level event” = 15.9% or 84.1%, “2 σ level event” = 2.3% or 87.7%” , “3 σ level event” = 0.1% or 99.9%, so an ∞ σ level event = 0.0000000000000000…∞…1% or 99.99999999999999…∞…9% basically just to really drive the point home, the event is something that definitely did or did not correspond or correlate with each other. In this case we are using creative license to fit the explanation even though the lowercase sigma is used for that. (2) The Epsilon physically looks like a less fancy sigma, in our case this denotes how the seemingly impossible or extraordinarily unlikely events are made plain, and standard, something profound turned into a regular occurrence, which is not to diminish its profundity, it just shows a mastery of that particular experience, like making microchips for computers. This level of understanding, technological utilization, precision and accuracy when its brought down to more, and then, every aspect of life is how you make a golden age that last indefinitely, on the way to this you’ll need to empower individuals and communities lives as soon as possible, in case it takes longer than expected. (3) The Epsilon infinity projects are created to do something that seems impossible but upon a closer look, it’s not only possible, but readily achievable to some extent sooner than expected, (anything can be done sooner, but it will take some time to make ___ truly fantastic) when you look into the how it works, and the cumulation of information in that field and related fields, makes what was once perceived as impossible or unlikely, as plain and simple to do as the ordinary step by step process to build Legos. So it’s like a symbol, thinking your seeing a sigma from far away but in reality, when inspected closer, its just a plain epsilon, with many steps, making it seem impossible, until it’s read, understood and/or sometimes followed. (4) The Epsilon can also denote a small arbitrary close to zero positive number, which in this case is used to represents the infinite amount of Epsilon type projects that exist in every field of study and the combination and variations of every field to create something incredible, some projects might be so seemingly small and unimportant, (5) but provide ∞-sigma level like outcomes to its field of contribution when its understood contextually and applied to make other fields even better. Like the laser technology that couples spaceships to each other is also used in laser eye surgery, how many people when they first heard the idea though it would be used like that? maybe half being generous? So that’s a taste of, Epsilon Infinity, this is the first section of the project which is the laboratory sections. And lastly its often (6)the smallest perspective suggestion in established epistemological understanding that results in disproportionate gains. Resulting in reduction in time, energy, and money spent per project. By any number of ways, that are benificial to the project and the people performing them, which is what we offer here. Godspeed.
Welcome
Its important to note that the modern world was built by, and continues to profit ~$58 Trillion on top of its value directly from the hands of physicist. So if you want better stuff, you need to encourage physicist to play. And while discernment to see which ideas are going to lead to more fruitful outcomes is possible and relatively easy to do, by a simple mind mapping of possibilities from the technologies parameters, I'm more interested in helping someone who has something interesting.
No project is too small to make it absolutely fantastic, which inspires more projects.
A Few Principles, derived from nature, applied everywhere for everything.
Everything we know was created by a few substances, electron, proton, neutron, photons, etc.
Here are our few principles, that we’ll use to make Earth more enjoyable and fun using technology, today.
Omni Strat Solve the problem in a way that benefits every party involved, including stakeholders, the rest of the world and all its plants and creatures
Everything Is Made Out Of Blocks Understand the block you’ll understand the how to manipulate its variables
Everything Is An Equation Either with numbers, words, emotions, energy etc. if balance is needed it can be created
First Principles Boil things down to the most fundamental truths, then reason up from there
First questions What’s the minimum amount of information that suggest something can be true?
Inverse the problem
Culture Dipping understand how thing are changed in an organization and structure, if the structure prevents better opportunities then doing the least necessary changes to provide the largest outcome is reasonable
First Steps gather information, predict, verify, adjust, repeat. To model everything well, 80% of the time, energy and money spent is wasted simply by not creating and honing an accurate model for how the topic in question should work, leveraging your mindscape by studying for 2hrs then creating 2 experiments vs spending 4 days doing 16 experiments, so increasing that accuracy is crucial for faster scientific progress, this is taught in the group training with real world scientific punching bags to train on
Is this how I want to live And Can Others Types Of People Live Differently? The most important aspect of technology is that its a tool to transform your life into something that you look forward to engaging with.
“If It Exist It Is”///The World Is A Computer That Already Has Your Answers///Learning by Becoming///If you notice something once it can with sophisticated methods and tools or equivilants, be replicated and expanded in a lab (replicating or becoming that which you wish to understand) google’s alphafold first principle for protien folding vs Facial recognition of proteins. First principles became too hard with too many or technological unknowable’s so they switch to an easier method that was nearly perfect 92% correct protein predictions using the facial recognition approach vs the 68% correct predictions using the first principles approach
Using Equivalents Sometimes the technology required is simply too advanced for what is currently available, but we could use equivalents that can give approximations and experiments that can approximate the correct possible answer at this time with a pretty good accuracy using methods that interact, manipulate, change with what is in question. ( In 1849, French physicist Hippolyte Fizeau made the first successful terrestrial measurement of the speed of light by shining a beam through the gaps of a rapidly spinning toothed wheel, reflecting it off a distant mirror 8 km away, and adjusting the wheel’s speed until the returning beam was blocked by the next tooth — from which he calculated light’s speed at about 313,000 km/s, impressively within roughly 5% of the modern accepted value of 299,792 km/s, using nothing more than a bright light source, a spinning wheel, a telescope, and careful timing.
Making Playgrounds The more regular, professional, unsophisticated and educated people using and interacting with advanced tech in a way that helps them and their community, will create something magnificent the world can enjoy. of course there are limitations at first, but the whole point of life is to go beyond current limitations and expand, I think we can do much more of the good. Also Ideally the user interface is clean and intuitive and easy to understand and expand.
