The necessity of a spa massage body wash body scrub is Paramount to a good living.

It may be very well unethical, not to include this knowledge of spas, massages, body scrubs, treatments and the anatomy, and anatomical knowledge 2 people's life for office people and blue collar people in organizations that can afford it’s cost, It’s nearly impossible to know intuititley the effects of poor posture and posture like expirence, and the havoc on the body they slowly do. It’s unbelivable this knowledge wasnt shared easirlier. So what tto do to spread it, I like to make potent course people could experience, I’ll probably make that into an Epsilon, ubiquitious anatomical knowledge for better living, but it’s definatley better to learn about that kind of stuff individually by the massuse so I’ll see what can be done.

Real spa

Adding a massue to orginizations, so they can explain anatomical misgivings that are propagated by poor posture. Essentially.

Like the understanding that

Slightly tilting your head forward and always looking down, or up slightly, is compressing the neck. In such a way that is creating a numbness sensation in the neck. This can be stopped very easily if more people had literally just trading on how to be an office worker. How dissident at a desk longer? And not, you know, mess up your entire life. Your bodies, your limbs and everything. So I'm going to see if I can make this into a course or something.

Fixing posture t9 be upright so your muscles don't impress like in the neck and the creating carpal tunnel, numbness of the neck and everything

Stretching the upper body specifically my Peck. So my shoulders don't roll, because when you're dealing with the computer, add a desk, it, your shoulder tends to roll. I'm kind of like, yeah, create, like a u.Shape

Every hour, getting up and walking for fifteen minutes.Personally, I do fifteen minutes on fifteen minutes off

Keeping the computer at high level and ideally having a standing desk. So you can switch between standing and even better walking. I am sitting down.

So overall, it seems like the way you sit is what's causing you all the pain, so you kind of need to change your postures. And so a training at how to sit and work at an office is kind of Paramount to a conducive life and yeah.

And having like a in-house spa with like a gym and stuff for the employees would be freaking amazing, where they could just go as well as like an indoor spawn in all of the oh, like the warehouse, not warehouse, but the water park, right? But at least an end house spa for the office workers for the factor people. For everybody. And people who are knowledgeable like Marcella, so they can ask them questions about their lifestyle and how they can improve their posture and stuff like that, and eventually, I mean, after, you know, a massage, 2 massages, a week hearing the same thing. You need to fix this eventually. I feel like you probably are going to do it. Or do something?

Farm massage from skilled people, so it's going to be like 225. So they're gonna be paid $167 per hour when they are working. But there's a limit to how much they can work. So probably no more than 3 massages if that's like a comfortable area. So it's probably going to be even more than that, so it might be like $200 an hour. But they won't have to pay them, but that's what they will get paid. To massage people. And all the add-ons are included into the price, so they probably get paid even more. When so on chooses an ad on no, they get paid at base rate. They just have to make sure that the person is taken care of so they get paid double triple, they get paid triple, and all they have to do is make sure the person is well taken care of plus they get $500 to spend on the customer. Of the client. Per uh per day, you know, let's not go crazy.

1 person gets $300 per person, no more than 3 a day and 4 days a week.

And a $500 a month stipend for the client, if the notice something that they can get that would help them.
